In 18 years as Senior Director & Creative Services Director at KHQA-TV, 2 years as a freelance producer for Illinois Public Broadcasting, & 2 years as a producer & production Manager for Insight Media Advertising & AT&T Media Services, Randy has produced numerous long format programs ranging in subject matter from Christmas Sales programs, to over 3000 live news broadcasts, to live political debates to religious arts festivals.

Each program comes with it's own special challenges & each one has been met with tremendous success creating a positive environment & response from it's production.
